ABOUT HABITAT CREATIONS
Habitat Creations is a family-owned company specialising in Environment, Landscaping, and Open Space Maintenance.
Our teams create and maintain some of Gippsland and Melbourne's most beautiful and sustainable soft landscapes, including urban parks, waterways and wetlands.
Our Environment teams play a critical role in the maintenance and rehabilitation of high-value natural areas including remnant vegetation, parks and reserves, waterways, remote and modified landscapes.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced large-scale commercial landscaper or environmental bush crew team member, to join our team in a leadership position to help deliver an exciting pipeline of projects throughout Gippsland and Melbourne's South East. This is a hybrid role predominantly working with our Environment team, however, some responsibilities will cross over into urban environments with the Landscaping team.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

Experience in large-scale commercial landscaping (or similar) or an environmental bush crew

Leadership experience is preferred but not essential as you'll have a strong management team around you

Current Driver’s License and reliable transport

Construction White Card
-
First Aid Level II
-
ChemCert/ACUP
-
Ability to ID and treat weeds using appropriate control methods
-
Experience operating a chainsaw and brush cutter with relevant ticket (highly preferred)

Small plant experience (i.e. skid steer/mini excavator) preferred but not essential
